Below is a general guideline for pricing and turnaround time on DJ repairs:
1. The bench fee for each item is $150. This fee covers a complete diagnostic, cleaning, calibration, and first hour of labor. Most equipment can be repaired within one hour. Any parts required for the repair are extra.
2. Our regular turnaround time is 10-14 days.
3. Next-day express service is available for a rush fee of $150 per item.
4. There are occasions when hard-to-find, or special-order parts delay repair times. In these cases, we will refund any express fees charged.
