Shipping tips:

DJ Fix accepts equipment shipped to us from all over the US and the Caribbean.

• If you are sending a turntable, either remove and separately wrap the platter, or make sure to wrap the turntable in a way which keeps the platter fully secured. Always be certain the tonearm is gently supported, but not over-packed. You may also want to remove the counterweight and pack separately. See this: How To Pack A Turntable For Shipment

• For mixers, CDJs, controllers, and synths, make sure to place a good amount of packaging over the control surfaces, so that the weight of the unit will not crush the controls if your box gets flipped upside down.

• Include the following information with your package: Name, return address, phone number, and email address.

• Return shipping and handling costs: We ask that you include a pre-paid return shipping. Most shippers give you the option to do when arranging shipment to us. Please note:

  -We may need to add an additional $25-$75 for each package to account for the extra time and care needed to safely pack the item. Turntables are particularly fragile and require the most care.

  -Your item will be insured for the replacement cost.
